Casper my new buddy

This is Casper, my new friend. Although Casper doesn't like to play with me that much, I think he is a pretty cool dog. He prefers to sleep pretty much the whole day. Casper mom Suely is a wonderful lady who saved Casper life and now she is looking for a forever family for my new buddy Casper. When my mommy feeds us breakfast and dinner, I always have to wait in the other room while Casper eats his food. I am always very eager to finish his food, but mommy want to keep me away from his left over Beneful.

My daddy: Jeff

Hello, This is my daddy: Jeff. I love to lick his face before we go to sleep, when he comes home, when he gives me a treat, when he picks me up to sit on his lap, when the hugs me, when we watch tv, when he is playing on his video games and pretty much EVERY TIME.  Sometimes he says that it is enough now, because I never know when it is enough. Sometimes when he plays the "Call of Duty" game or if there is something really interesting on tv he want me to play with my favorite octopus instead of and give up the licking of his face.  Mommy thinks that the Call of Duty video game is stupid anyway, so I persist of licking daddy's face.

My friends Mia and Napoleon

I have two more new friends, a little yorkie named Mia, and Napoleon, who is a Chihuahauaua (is that right?  It is so hard to spell it!!)  They are both pretty cool to have around.  Mia is really smart, she likes to sit on mommy’s lap while and help her out when she is working on the computer.  Sometimes I think she is actually logging onto the computer when mommy isn’t in the chair to get some extra work done! Mia even joins me, mommy and daddy in bed at night for sleeping.  Napoleon is more laid back, he likes to snooze on the fluffy blanket we have folded up at the foot of the bed.  Can’t say I blame him, I’ve napped on that same blanket before and it is C-O-M-F-Y!  They are a great pair, can’t wait until I get to see them again!

 

My friend Toya

Hey, Peanut here again, wanted to tell you about a new friend of mine, a little white poodle named Toya.  She was a little shy at first, but now we have a great time playing together all day long!  Toya has a very cool doggie bed, probably the most coziest I ever saw.  Sometimes during the day she lets me take a nap in it, and it is sweet!  Of course at night she is in her bed while I cuddle in with mommy and daddy, but she is a great friend to share during the day!

Peanut is eating

Hey, it’s Peanut again.  I won’t lie to you: I love to eat!  They say that I don’t really eat my food, but I just inhale it.  Hey, I was smallest in a litter of three; if I didn’t eat fast I didn’t eat at all!  Now when my friends come over mommy usually puts me in the other room so that I don’t eat everyone’s food at once!  I don’t think that is really fair, but she says not everybody can eat as fast as me, but everybody still needs to eat!  She even put a movie of me eating here, check it out!

Peanut in her Snuggie

Hello, Peanut reporting in! Mommy says that I am the cutest puppy in the world, but I think everybody’s mommy tells them that! I am pretty cute though, just check out this picture of me in my new Snuggie for dogs that I got for Christmas! Even though it is usually pretty warm down here in Florida, there have been some days when I have been glad I can wear it! Even with the Snuggie I still like to burrow under the covers in bed, nothing else in the world is so cozy!

Pet of the month in Hollywood FL

Hello, my name is Peanut!  How are you?  I am a miniature red dachshund, and I just turned one year old!  I don’t mean to brag or anything, but did you know I was the Hollywood Gazette’s Pet of the Month for September?  Pretty cool!  I am an only child, but my mommy always brings me new friends to keep me company and play with!  I hope that you can be one of them!  Check out my website and hopefully we can be friends!
